The 1901 Censushas an Ada Wood, single and 18, born in Bowness Cumberland as a domestic maid at 46 Wood St
Civil Parish, St Annes On The Sea

The 1911 Census has a Wood family living at 28 Woodlands Road Lytham, Lancashire. These are Charlotte Wood, a widow aged 71, born in Breackwell, Berkshire, and her daughters
Agnes Wood (Single, 49, same birthplace), Ada (single, 42 born Manchester, and Clara (single, 40, born Manchester).

Also in the 1911 Census, at 22 Pollux Gate Lytham is
Ada Wood, single, aged 35, a domestic servant, born in Manchester.
