Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Vic., cap. 35
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of William Nassau Johnston, late of Bowdon Old Hall, Bowdon, in the county of Chester, Merchant, deceased (who died on the 17th day of July, 1914, and whose will, with one codicil thereto, was proved in the Principal Probate Registry by Elizabeth Johnston and James Stanley Johnston, the executors therein named), are required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to me, the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said Elizabeth Johnston and James Stanley Johnston, on or before the 21st day of December, 1914, at the undermentioned address, after which date the said Elizabeth Johnston and James Stanley Johnston will proceed to distribute the assets of the said William Nassau Johnston amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and the said Elizabeth Johnston and James Stanley Johnston will not be liable for the assets of the said William Nassau Johnston, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then
have had notice.—Dated the 12th day of November
1914.
